We think that career advice, support and guidance should be available to all. During Covid, we ran a successful Kickstart Gateway that helped over 100 young people on benefits into their first role. We retain the commitment to keeping our services accessible and are reserving 25% of places on career support programmes to offer, for free, to those who need them but are unable to afford them.
